How healthy is it to drink? – It’s time to question yourself.
In my opinion, it totally depends on what you drink!
Here’s an exclusive recipe of The “Vitamin Sea” Mocktail, which is definitely very healthy and that would keep your body rejuvenated across all seasons:
The Goods:
- 5-6 small pineapple pieces
- 1/2 inch ginger chunk (sliced)
- 1 lime (squeezed)
- 1 lemon (squeezed)
- 2 cups ice
- 350ml can soda water
Equipment you’ll need:
- Rocks glasses
- Shaker with lid strainer
- Muddler
- Lemon wheel slice (for garnish)
The Method:
- Add pineapple, ginger, lemon and lime juice into the Shaker and muddle for 30 seconds
- Don’t forget about the ginger at the bottom.
- Combine ice into Shaker and shake it for 30 seconds
- Split and pour all contents of Shaker into both the empty glasses
- Top the glasses with ice and fill with soda water
- Garnish with lemon wheel, it pairs well with sunbathing! 🍋
And there you go! Your drink is ready to swim down your body.

I believe that avoiding prepared foods could be the first step so that you can lose weight. They may taste excellent, but packaged foods currently have very little vitamins and minerals, making you take in more just to have enough power to get throughout the day. For anyone who is constantly ingesting these foods, converting to whole grain products and other complex carbohydrates will aid you to have more electricity while consuming less.
